Topline's show system is quite robust and allows for classes to be as restrictive or open as the host desires. This may seem an overwhelming at first but once you read through this guide I hope it'll be a bit less overwhelming. Show hosts earn 15% of all entry fees!
Getting Started
Getting Started
- Go to My Shows to create an Open Show or to My Associations and click the "Shows" link button to manage association shows.
- Fill out the name. start and end date (can be the same), and choose a location from the drop down. Submit the form.
- On the next page is when we get down to business! You can keep it as a draft until you've filled it out to your satisfaction.
- Fill out any rules and information you want to provide. The entry fee is for when you want to set the same amount for all the classes.
- Disciplines under Show Scope is required. It uses the codes on the discipline guide. This helps when approving and later when others may search the calendar. Breeds is for when it is a breed specific show.
- Download the Show Template and File > Make a Copy. It is at https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/ ... sp=sharing
